Anglo Scotian Mills - Phase II

Phase I of the development (The Lace Mill: 29 apartments) was completed in February 2006. Phase II will provide a further 23 apartments within the Grade II Listed Francis Mill and 52 apartments within the striking new Parkes Building. The apartments will provide a selection of one, two and three bedrooms in styles and sizes to suit all tastes. The apartments have been finished to a very high standard, with each apartment being personalised by professional interior designers. The apartments will be available as both unfurnished (with floor coverings and window dressings and appliances) and furnished. There is a secure entry system into the development and each apartment comes within a private parking space.
