Q: I want to sell my house but im not sure how much it is worth or what to do next ?
A: Call us to arrange a free, no obligation, market appraisal where our sales manager will visit you to discuss the marketability of your property and discuss the whole sales process with you from start to finish. We will advise you on where to pitch your property in terms of price and back this up with comparable evidence of other properties.
Q: I want to sell my house ..........Will I need a HIP (Home Information Pack) ?
A: Almost all properties now require a HIP to be commissioned before marketing of a property can commence.
We will be pleased to order you a HIP through our approved suppliers.
Q: What costs are involved in moving home ?
A: Moving costs vary from property to property depending on a number of factors. Your main costs are your estate agency fee and your conveyancing fee. CP Walker and Son offer a very competitive fee policy and we work strictly on a No Sale/No Fee basis*. We can also provide you with a quote form a local approved conveyancer who will handle the legal transaction of your sale/purchase.
