We have found this to be an invaluable tool, not only in improving quality of the information that we give to the potential tenants, but also in ensuring that the viewings that we do arrange are more fruitful.
As a firm of Chartered Surveyors, we are bound by the strict Rules of Conduct set out by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). In particular, there are stringent accounting regulations to oversee the handling of clients’ money and a requirement to maintain full professional indemnity cover.
