We also offer clean and tidy modern homes for students that are on a tighter budget. The locations (Beeston, Lenton, Lenton Abbey, Dunkirk and Wollaton) offer choice for access to all Campuses.

This website displays details of properties available for rent for the 2008/2009 academic year. We forward let these properties for the next academic year (the date of availability for each property will vary - let us have your proposed move in date and we will check to make sure the property is available).

In addition, we also have other properties and rooms that are available to let immediately advertised on our Homes for Rent website. On the Homes for Rent website, properties are available for occupation immediately - we do not forward let and do not take applications from people wishing to move in more than 4 weeks ahead.
