Student Property Search 2011-2012 Academic Year
This page displays details of properties that are available for the current academic year (2011/2012).
We list properties on our website in three different ways as follows:
1. Student Properties for the current academic year
Properties on our 2011/2012 page are listed for people looking for properties or rooms for the remainder of the current academic year.
2. Student Properties for the next academic year
We list properties on our 2012/2013 showing the properties that are being forward let for the start of the next academic year.
3. Professional Properties available immediately
In addition to the properties listed on our student sites, our main Homes for Rent page shows a variety of furnished and unfurnished properties for professionals. Some landlords of these properties will accept student tenants.
However, properties on our Homes for Rent page are advertised for occupation immediately. We do not usually take applications for Professional Properties from people wanting to move in more than 4 weeks ahead. If you are a student interested in a property listed on our Homes for Rent page and are proposing to move in immediately, contact us to see if the landlord will accept a student tenant.
If you are looking to forward let more than 4-6 weeks ahead, then you will either need to look at the properties on our 2011/2012 page or wait and see what is available nearer the time that you propose to move.
Please use the search facility to look through the range of properties available. There are photos and room sizes for each so you can get a good initial impression of what each house is like. There is also a link to a Google Map so that you can see how far the property is away from campus. Email us if you want any further information on any of the properties or if you want to arrange a viewing.
