We work with a range of local contractors to carry out repairs.  Through our vast experience of property management we have built up longstanding relationships with these trusted professionals.

You will have access to a 24-hour emergency repairs service

In the event of an emergency at your property, our tenants can contact an emergency repairs hotline. This means emergencies can be dealt with immediately, not just when the Office is open.

We wont charge you ‘silly’ agency fees

Like most agents, we charge application/administration fees at the start of a tenancy. Outgoing tenants are contractually obliged to pay for the property to be professionally cleaned at the end of a tenancy. However, unlike some other agents we won’t charge you for things like renewing your tenancy agreement, moving in at the weekend or for providing a reference for future lettings.
