Tenant Fees
This information is intended to inform prospective Tenants of 'professional' properties of the fees they can expect to incur during a typical tenancy. Please read and understand this information carefully before deciding whether to apply for a property. Please note that separate fees apply to 'student' properties. These can be seen on our 'Student FAQs' and Student 'How to Rent a Property' pages.
