Tenant Fees
This information is intended to inform prospective Tenants of 'professional' properties of the fees they can expect to incur during a typical tenancy. Please read and understand this information carefully before deciding whether to apply for a property. Please note that separate fees apply to 'student' properties. These can be seen on our 'Student FAQs' and Student 'How to Rent a Property' pages.

| Holding Deposit | To reserve a property whilst reference checks and preparation for a tenancy agreement are undertaken. The Holding Deposit will be put towards the first installment of rent due for the property. |

Five weeks' rent for the property. Unless the property is a professional room in shared house - then half one month's rent. |

Arrears - interest at 3% above the Bank of England's annual % for each late day. Keys - Reasonable costs incurred for replacement |
