Tenants can visit our office, in a prominent position on Beeston High Road if there is a problem. The Office is open 6 days per week. This sounds straightforward but it is amazing how many Landlords or Agents prove hard to contact when things go wrong.
We have a pool of local trusted tradesmen to fix problems
We work with a range of local contractors to carry out repairs. Through our vast experience of property management we have built up longstanding relationships with trusted professionals.
Tenants have access to a 24 hour emergency repairs service
In the event of an emergency at your property, our tenants can contact an emergency repairs hotline. This means emergencies can be dealt with immediately, not just when the Office is open.
