Why Choose Us? - Students
Prospective Tenants have a wide range of choice when deciding what property to rent, and where to rent it from. Renting from C.P. Walker & Son is the right choice because:
We have been managing property since 1896
Nobody has the breadth and depth of experience that we have in managing tenancies. Our experience means that we know how to solve problems if and when they occur and we know the legal requirements of Tenants, Agents and Landlords.
As a family business we offer traditional values in a modern setting
Property management has been our family’s business for over a Century. Our service is steeped in traditional values such as honesty, loyalty and respect. Rather than being answerable to shareholders we prioritise a service to our Clients that we are happy to put our name to.
We are regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors
The RICS is the industry’s leading regulatory body. As Members we are bound by strict rules of conduct governing our practices and conduct. Tenants can have the peace of mind that their tenancy is being managed by qualified professionals, with proven experience, backed by the property industry's leading regulatory body.
We can be easily contacted at our Office in Beeston
Tenants can visit our office, in a prominent position on Beeston High Road if there is a problem. The Office is open 6 days per week. This sounds straightforward but it is amazing how many Landlords or Agents prove hard to contact when things go wrong.
We have a pool of local trusted tradesmen to fix problems
We work with a range of local contractors to carry out repairs. Through our vast experience of property management we have built up longstanding relationships with trusted professionals.
Tenants have access to a 24 hour emergency repairs service
In the event of an emergency at your property, our tenants can contact an emergency repairs hotline. This means emergencies can be dealt with immediately, not just when the Office is open.
"Our agent Dominic was extremely patient when we came across some issues with the vendors and always did his best to move things along and thankfully disaster of the chain falling through was averted."
